Neale Christy
Neale is an experienced trade mark attorney. He completed both his LLB (2012) and LLM (2013) at Stellenbosch University, one of the pre-eminent legal faculties in Southern Africa. He trained under two industry leading equity partners from Adams and Adams, both with lengthy careers in the intellectual property space. In 8 years with that firm, Neale dealt with a variety of commercial and private clients based all around the world, encompassing businesses in the retail, television production and high-end jewellery spaces, amongst others. His practice incorporated the full gamut of Intellectual Property concerns, from inception of idea, through protection, licensing, sale and everything in between. Neale is a qualified trade mark practitioner (graduating in 2017) and can be considered an expert in this field of law. After opening up his own practice in June 2021, his goal is to provide expert intellectual property advice at an affordable price point.
Away from the office, Neale is a bit of a tech nerd, along with being a keen sports fan. Based out of both Cape Town and London, Neale is able to follow his beloved Manchester United and Cape Town City soccer teams first hand, along with dabbling in some five-aside football himself (when his back allows!)
